The client had been providing software development and IT support services for close to 20 years for end customers and technology consulting firms, with resources in several locations across Eastern Europe and India.  Following substantial investment, the client wanted to build out teams across Europe and the USA which would allow them to provide higher value technology solutions directly to end clients.

Skills needed : Data, RPA, Product Development, Business Development, Digital Transformation Experts, Leadership.

Solution 

Working alongside their own internal recruitment team, we were able to map out the talent pool of the clients potential competition and advise them where the talent was located and where they could base their own locations within the UK, Europe and USA.

From there, using the talent reports and leveraging our own networks, we were able to identify the talent that they required to establish each of the vertical technology practices and the sales people with relevant experience to sell their new offering.

Result 

Within 18 months, the client had established RPA, Data and Digital Transformation teams across UK, Germany and USA servicing their client base along with a complimentary sales function managing new opportunities within existing clients and winning new client business.  TechYard had provided talent from leaders to consultants.
