A Global Technology and Business consulting and outsourcing client, acquired a niche  European / US Pharmaceutical focussed Management and Technology Consulting business.

Both businesses were established customers of our founder.

Following the acquisition, they want to quickly expand into Asia and strengthen in key regions.

After taking a detailed brief of what the client required, the markets that they would need the leaders to work within, understood the culture and the wider executive team they would be contributing within, we then took the opportunity to our network, who in many cases were happy to make introductions to their wider networks.

Result 

From this initial piece of work, we identified a Regional Lead, Country Leader and Practice Leader within Asia and Europe, enabling them to establish two new arms of their practice.
