Skills needed : RPA software experts with Business Analysis, Developers, Solution Architecture and Sales and BD functions.


We were able to leverage our European technology network to get ourselves and our client in front of people within the RPA ecosystem that was able to provide guidance and advice which enabled them to better understand the opportunity and formulate a strategy for the go-to-market.

Once that strategy had been polished, we then started to identify and recruit experienced technical RPA professionals that had the experience required to contribute services from day one and the salespeople to start selling the business offering.
